The large pneumatic tires and fixed front wheel provide a smooth stable ride on any kind of surface making this a good choice for the outdoors. The rear wheel suspension offers a smoother ride than the standard model when running on unpaved surfaces. While there are reviews that suggest the fixed wheel InSTEP Run Around is designed for both running and everyday use such as shopping. While the fixed wheel does provide stability when running it does not make sharp turns with ease. Maneuvering a fixed wheel stroller in a mall would be quite challenging.
